Anarchistický černý kříž (ABC)
Veškeré peníze získané z akce půjdou tradičně na podporu Anarchistického černého kříže (ABC). ABC je skupina, která se zaměřuje na podporu vězňů a peníze jsou použity na právní výlohy a finanční podporu obviněných z jejich politických názorům nebo akcím. Níže se můžete dočíst, kam letos peníze poputují.

Antifénix 2
V dubnu 2015 se objevila první obvinění a první část akce “Fénix” začla. V březnu 2018 upustil Nejvyšší soud v Praze od všech obvinění. Během toho se objevil Fénix 2. Pět anarchistů bylo obviněno z šestnácti článků a čelí třem až deseti letům ve vězení. Mluvíme o paragrafech tvoření, podpory a propagace hnutí vedoucí k potlačování práv a svobody lidí. Chybí zde důkazy a celý případ je mnohem spíše velké divadlo, než cokoliv jiného. Přesto to již pár let ničí životy lidí.

Markéty případ
Naše soudružka Markéta čelí obvinění z akce “Alt Pride 2018”, kdy byla obviněna z držení baneru s nápisem, jež podle policie nabádá k násilí proti této státní složce. Nápis na baneru zněl takto: Fuck gender take molotov burn the police (Zasraný gender vem molotov spal policii). Soudy ještě nezačaly, protože si nikdo případ nechce vzít. Další děsivou skutečností na celém případu je, že policie udává, že vzhledem k charakteru nápisu se dá usuzovat, že by mohla mít něco společného se zapálenými auty během operace Fénix. Hned jak proces začne jsme připraveni Markétu v jejím boji podpořit.

International Anarchist Defence Fund je struktura, která poskytuje podporu anarchistům a anarchistkám z celého světa, jež čelí pronásledování nebo se nachází v tíživé životní situaci kvůli jejich politickým názorům a aktivitám.

All of the money raised from the event traditionally goes to the Prague Anarchist Black Cross, a group who focus on prisoner support. Typically the money is used to pay law fees and to provide financial support to those who are persecuted because of their politics and actions. Below you can read about this years beneficiaries.
In April 2015 Fenix 1 began, with conspiracy and illegal arms accusations. This undercover operation was brought to court and finally dropped in 2018, with Prague High Court ruling that all the charges be dropped against all of the accused.
Meanwhile, Fenix 2 arose. Five anarchist were charged according to sixteen articles, facing 3 to 10 years imprisonment. The charges come under the paragraph “creating, supporting and propagating a movement, leading to suppression of rights and freedom of people. With a huge lack of accusative evidence, this case looks to be bigger theater than any other. Unfortunately the Fenix cases have been destroying peoples lives already for the last few years.
Markéta’s Case
Our comrade Markéta is facing charges since Alt’ Pride 2018 (an alternative demo during the Pride march). She was accused of inciting violence against the police due to holding a banner which read “Fuck gender take molotov burn the police”. Court hasn’t started yet, none of them want to take the case. However, the spooky part of this accusation is that the police are implying that the “character of the statement” written on the banner may connect Markéta to the actual burning of police cars during operation Fenix.
Once the process starts, we are prepared to support Markéta through this struggle.
